Wabi Sushi was established in 2020 in the hopes of bringing people some happiness during the height of the lockdown period. The pandemic confined people to their homes and made them more isolated than ever. We made it our goal to create an inviting space with outstanding food as a means of igniting joy in the hearts (and stomachs) of our fellow Melbournians, even if it was only for a short period of time. If the pandemic taught us anything, it was that quality is much more important to the consumer than quantity, which is why we’ve dedicated ourselves to making fresh and healthy sushi designed to put smiles back on your faces.
